PiSi - The Pardus Package Manager

PiSi (Packages Installed Successfully, as Intended) (pronounced pee-see) is the package management system of Pardus. It is the tool that installs, upgrades and removes the software packages.

PiSi package manager sits in your system tray and informs you of available updates. The frquency for checking for the updates can be set under "Configure Package Manager"(General Settings Tab)"

Pardus is a KDE based distribution. But if you want to install Gnome packages you can add this repository to PiSi package manager. This can be done through "Configure Package Manager" (Repositories Tab).
